Rithva is a healthcare SaaS service operated by KC Technologies, serving clinics and hospitals in the UK.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Rithva, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Use

• Users must maintain the confidentiality of login information.
• The platform must only be used for lawful business/clinical purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or misuse.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Subscription fees and plan information are listed on the Pricing page. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• You may cancel at any time; service will terminate at the end of the billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content (except your clinic’s data) belong to Rithva or its licensors.

6. Liability

Rithva is not liable for indirect damages or losses, including lost appointments or income, except as required by law. We make best efforts to ensure uptime, security, and data protection.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
