Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Rithva, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction for all clinics, practices, and hospitals using our software.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or by contacting our support team.
- Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Refunds
- Refunds for paid subscriptions are not usually provided for unused portions of a billing period, but exceptions may be made for technical issues or accidental duplicate payments.
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email support@rithva.kctechnologies.uk within 7 days of payment and our team will review your request.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Special Cases
- Enterprise and NHS/Trust agreements may have custom cancellation and refund terms set out in contract—please refer to your service agreement.
